The Eucharist is the 'source and summit' of our faith. Together we will spend the week exploring what it means to live eucharistically.
At the heart of this way of living is to discover what it means to meet Jesus in the Eucharist. CPW encourages all to a full, conscious and active participation in the Liturgy through music, action, prayers, silence and proclaiming the Word. While Mass 'is a supreme act of playfulness', we also hope to deepen our sense of reverence and awe, taking time to notice how that affects us and our relationship with Christ: our living bread.
Employing a variety of methods to engage our heads, hearts and hands, and hearing from speakers and Church teaching, we will uncover the ways in which the Eucharist forms our lives and discover ideas to work on once we return home.
