Autumn all-age “taste and see” long weekend
Thursday 29th October 5pm - Sunday 1st November. 2pm
Alton Castle Youth Retreat Centre, Staffordshire.
Ever since Eve and Adam cast aside fig leaves for frocks, we've dressed to keep warm, dressed to be decent and dressed to impress. In this long weekend we'll look at how we express ourselves, as individuals and as Christians, through what we wear. There will be plenty of practical activities (sewing skills not required!) as well as discussion of the ethics and symbolism of clothing. We aim for a joyful, prayerful and creative event.

This is a Taste and See event – we’d love new people to come along and get a taste of CPW. So we’re offering them a 50% discount on the prices:
Adult £270, School-age Child £200; Pre-school child £170
The deposit is £100 per booking, not per person, and we will ask for payment of the balance a month before the event. Payment by instalments is available and do please ask for a bursary if this will enable you to come. As in previous years we are offering three payment options for existing members (Ie those not getting the new member discount).
Standard is the actual cost to CPW, 20% less if this is a stretch, and 20% more if you can afford to pay extra. If the payment schedule causes any difficulties do please speak to the organiser. We encourage people to take out travel insurance to cover any losses if you have to cancel. -
