Helpers Weekend Report

The helpers and and prelpers weekend was a great chance to catch up with CPW friends while also learning about being a helper. We planned sessions, discussed important skills, and thought of (and played) lots of games.

Following on from this, we also took the opportunity to add a young person’s perspective to the discussions about the future of CPW, including how we could be more involved with the leadership of the organisation.

It was also a great chance to take some time out of our day to day lives, going on a walk through the local countryside, and joining in with earth hour activities with no electricity. In small groups, we took turns leading very peaceful morning and evening prayers, exploring different ways we can pray, connect, and express gratitude.

And of course, it wouldn’t be CPW without our usual evening activities: pictionary, cards, and mafia. Thank you to everyone involved in organising it!
